Overview of the Role:
The Sales Operations Admin supports our small team of Directors in our early stage outreach and business development activities. The ideal Sales Operations Admin is highly organized, detail oriented, and a strong written and verbal communicator, with some experience supporting business development and sales activities.
The Sales Operations Admin would work semi-autonomously on a prescribed set of tasks that run on an ongoing basis, with a weekly check-in with a Director leading our business development efforts. All processes are repeatable and well defined, with status tracked and easily visible in our CRM.
Responsibilities
Support Outbound Sales Campaigns
- List Building: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to identify target audiences aligned with strategy.
- CRM Management: Organize and update target lists in the CRM system.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in scheduling personalized emails and voicemails in collaboration with campaign leads.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor and record campaign progress in CRM and dashboards.
Leader Roundtable Recruitment
- List Building: Identify VP and Director-level targets using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Outreach: Send connection requests and follow-up messages on behalf of campaign leads.
- Calendar Management: Schedule and send reminders for roundtable sessions.
- Member Communication: Distribute templated emails to roundtable members.
Industry Event Support
- Event Monitoring: Track and update details of relevant industry events, including attendee and exhibitor information.
- Proposal Coordination: Maintain deadlines for speaking opportunities and manage the administrative entry of proposals.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in sales, sales operations, or executive administrative work.
- Experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, email scheduling, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate confidently and effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to organize multiple workstreams
- Must be able to converse fluently in English. Strong written and verbal communication skills
