Overview of the Role:
They are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will support the sales, customer success, and marketing teams by managing Salesforce and other key tools, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing workflows. You will collaborate closely with the RevOps and leadership teams to implement system improvements, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights, enabling go-to-market teams to achieve their goals effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- System Maintenance & Customization: Manage and configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating and updating fields, workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
- User Support & Training: Provide technical support to users, resolve system issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of the Salesforce platform.
- Data Management: Maintain data accuracy by importing, exporting, and updating records while adhering to data integrity and security best practices.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for teams, enabling better decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and implement automated solutions, such as process builders and flows, to enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, with hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud and other Salesforce products.
- Familiarity with billing systems like Chargebee or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong data management and analytical skills, with the ability to handle, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets.
- Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail in managing workflows and system updates.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in process design and system architecture, with experience implementing scalable solutions.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
