Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RevOps Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), operations strategy, and digital marketing. This role will be responsible for auditing and enhancing operational processes, crafting repeatable ABM programs, and supporting the alignment of cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. The position is fully remote, working 37 hours per week (160 hours per month) during regular business hours.
Major Responsibilities:
- Audit existing operational processes and foundations to identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate current Go-to-Market (GTM) processes, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
- Collaborate with the Head of ABM Strategy to operationalize ABM programs tailored to clients’ existing frameworks.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and program effectiveness.
- Monitor program performance and make adjustments to enhance results.
- Provide recommendations on ABM programs, tools, and processes to improve efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Task Management: Ensure 90% of tasks are delivered on or before the assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive Communication: Address any questions or need for clarification regarding tasks by escalating to supervisors within 48 hours, ensuring alignment and reducing bottlenecks.
- Quality Assurance: Deliver 90% of project outputs within four rounds of revisions, maintaining high standards across both internal and client-facing deliverables.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Head of Research & Development (R&D) to create one new deliverable template per month, contributing to continuous process optimization.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Account-Based Marketing or operations strategy.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in tools such as Slack, ClickUp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, Zoominfo, SalesIntel, SalesLoft, and other CRM, outbound, marketing automation, and ABM platforms.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in B2B marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Familiarity with managing ABM programs across multiple accounts.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
