About the role
The Sales Representative will focus on identifying and reaching out to foreclosure leads, offering tailored solutions to distressed homeowners. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a proactive approach to building relationships and closing sales. A self-driven, results-oriented individual with proven sales experience will thrive in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Research and gather foreclosure leads from various sources to build a targeted contact list.
- Locate accurate contact information for leads using available tools and creative methods, including online platforms.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, messages, or other communication channels to understand their needs and offer solutions.
- Follow a structured sales process to ensure consistent and timely follow-ups with leads.
- Adapt and personalize communication strategies for leads requiring extra attention or a tailored approach.
- Build trust and rapport with clients by listening empathetically and presenting clear, practical solutions.
- Address objections and navigate challenging conversations professionally and confidently.
- Close sales by effectively communicating the value of services and ensuring a smooth process for clients.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
Skills:
- Proven sales experience, including meeting or exceeding targets.
- Clear, effective communication and active listening to build trust with clients.
- Empathy to connect with distressed clients while staying emotionally resilient.
- Creativity to tailor sales scripts and approaches to diverse situations.
- A growth mindset and the ability to handle rejection without losing motivation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Compensation: $1,500 - $2,000 + commission.
