About the role
As the Digital Project Manager for our client, you'll be the hero who ensures their digital projects are executed swiftly and seamlessly, all while aligning with their bold vision. Your mission? To lead their projects – from dynamic paid media campaigns to SEO initiatives, and even website builds – towards successful completion. You'll be the mastermind, orchestrating every stage of the project lifecycle to ensure all the pieces fit together perfectly. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Digital Strategists to develop impactful strategies for client success.
- Take on the role of a project detective, defining goals, requirements, and solutions, and ensuring the entire team is aligned.
- Create a detailed project roadmap, monitoring progress with precision.
- Safeguard the project’s scope, timeline, and budget, adjusting as needed to stay on track.
- Oversee the team’s daily tasks to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Communicate project needs and urgency to leadership when necessary.
- Manage everything from brainstorming to project completion, ensuring seamless transitions between teams and swiftly resolving any issues.
- Work closely with design teams to ensure that branding and creative work align perfectly with the client’s vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, SEO specialists, and paid media experts to achieve project goals.
- Manage resources efficiently to ensure optimal project execution.
- Track and report on project performance, utilizing the latest digital tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Identify potential risks early on and devise proactive solutions to keep projects on course.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors to support project needs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating new digital innovations into client projects.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance project delivery and ensure smooth operations.
- Keep the team focused on deadlines and key objectives.
- Create detailed project plans and accurate estimates.
- Lead energizing project meetings that inspire collaboration and creativity.
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient workflow.
- Foster clear communication across teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- Develop a well-organized project library to support ongoing project success.
Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional digital projects, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders while remaining calm and focused.
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools like ClickUp, with a proven track record of optimizing project processes.
- Experience leading digital teams with expertise in areas like SEO, paid media, and email marketing.
- Strong research skills, using competitive insights to enhance user experience.
- Excellent communication abilities, making sure your message is clear and persuasive.
- Above all, you are a client advocate and a dedicated team player who leads by example, always striving to deliver exceptional results.
Compensation: $2,500 - $3,500 monthly.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8- 5 CT
