About our client
Our client represents a welcoming and amicable community of educators driven by a passion for learning, technology enthusiasts, and innovative individuals. They present a comprehensive six-week program, continually evolving, aimed at empowering agency proprietors to proficiently navigate Clay.com, a SaaS platform revolutionizing outbound sales automation and gaining significant traction.
About the position
We’re looking to add a unique and talented full-time coach to our team. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated history of mastering complex digital tools and exhibit strong coaching, teaching, and social skills to effectively engage and support learners.
Responsibilities:
Our coaches provide students with live 1:1 video coaching via Zoom as well as asynchronous support and feedback via Slack.
- Week 1-4: You'll learn Clay and adjacent tools full-time using our course material with the support of a coach. You will build a small project from scratch to apply your learnings. If you are able to cope well during the training, we will tag you as “graduated”.
- Week 5 onwards: After you graduate, you will be assigned 4 to 8 students. You will slowly grow your autonomy and skills as you get real world experience. Our students are rev ops, lead gen, GTM, or marketing ops professionals who work in small to large companies and agencies across different industries. This will expose you to real world projects where you get to apply and refine your Clay knowledge and learn A LOT!
Skills:
- Proven success in learning and utilizing technical tools well and fast (this is more important than specific tool knowledge).
- Have a genuine desire in coaching people from diverse backgrounds in live video sessions.
- You can explain complicated concepts clearly in verbal and written English and calibrate your communication to the individual
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- A sharp, detail-oriented, and analytical mind capable of rapid learning and problem-solving.
- Automation or dev skills are a big bonus.
- An inclination to sharing and receiving feedback.
- At least 5 hours M-F overlap with US Pacific business hours, or full US Eastern business hours.
