About the client:
The company is a holding company, which means it builds out various online e-commerce platforms and e-commerce-type businesses. We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to take charge of the end-to-end execution of business and marketing operations for several online businesses. This role combines analytical skills, project management, and creative strategy to bring ideas to life and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and business development projects.

Key responsabilities:
Conduct in-depth research to assess industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Develop and refine business concepts and marketing strategies in alignment with market opportunities.
Validate business models and concepts through data analysis and market feedback.
Create and execute a comprehensive multi-phase project plan, including cost and resource allocation for marketing and operational phases.
Hire and manage contractors such as web developers, designers, and marketing specialists to execute deliverables.
Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including campaign execution, reporting, and optimization.
Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment between business objectives, marketing efforts, and project timelines.
Track project and campaign performance, ensuring timely delivery of KPIs and goals.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or e-commerce.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate research into actionable strategies.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and timelines.
Experience hiring and managing contractors or cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with e-commerce tools, platforms, and marketing strategies (e.g., SEO, paid media, email marketing).
Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
