About our client:
The client is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the operational foundation of their marketing team. This position will be responsible for creating and implementing efficient processes, streamlining campaign execution, and enhancing marketing outcomes through data and technology. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in marketing automation, data analysis, and cross-functional teamwork.
What You’ll Need:
Experience in marketing operations, with a focus on marketing automation, campaign execution, and data analysis.
Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot, including building and managing workflows, audience segmentation, and campaign reporting.
Strong knowledge of SQL for querying databases, troubleshooting, and ensuring data accuracy across systems.
Experience implementing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, in-app messaging) with a focus on scalability and performance.
Proven ability to create and refine operational workflows, ensuring integrations are functioning, smooth execution, and alignment with broader marketing strategies.

Perks:
15 days of PTO + 5 days off at the end of the year + US holidays.
Compensation range: $3,500 to $4,200 per month. Please note that the final salary offer may vary based on the candidate's seniority, specific skill set, and performance throughout the evaluation and interview process.
