To support their growing operations, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Reporting Associate to join their team.

About the role

As a Customer Service & Reporting Associate will be responsible for handling customer service phone calls, gathering feedback, and communicating insights to store General Managers. Additionally, the individual will assist in data cleanup and validation from the company’s point-of-sale (POS) system and generate weekly operational reports.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Make 20-30 customer service calls daily to gather feedback and address concerns.
• Communicate customer feedback effectively to store General Managers.
• Understand and articulate Jersey Mike’s product offerings and customer expectations.
• Handle sensitive customer feedback with professionalism and care.
• Assist in cleaning and validating POS system data.
• Generate and distribute weekly operational reports.
• Support additional administrative or reporting tasks as needed

Skills

• Experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
• Ability to handle and de-escalate sensitive customer feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (ability to create and analyze reports).
• Fluent in English (verbal and written communication).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Working Hours

• From Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM EST.
