This role is with our client, a distinguished institution with over 30 years of expertise in offering advanced graduate programs in Psychology, Education, and Business. They provide innovative hybrid and online formats tailored for working professionals, aiming to support their career growth and personal advancement.

About the role:
Our client is seeking a team member to support University faculty, coordinate various elements of course setup and design, engage with curriculum administration, and maintain elements within the University’s learning portal.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage tickets/cases.
  • Build and maintain processes.
  • Onboard and support faculty members.
  • Prepare faculty and course assignment proposals.
  • Maintain the University’s LMS and course content.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Must-Haves:
    • Fluent in English.
    • Administrative and/or customer support experience.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Ability to perform with tight timelines and work well under pressure.
    • Ability to work asynchronously, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
    • Strong internet connection, quality camera and microphone.
    • Available to work 8 hours per day, five days per week, during standard Pacific Time working hours.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Employee onboarding experience.
    • Experience working in higher education.
    • A graduate degree.
    • Instructional design experience.
    • Experience working with an LMS such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas
    • Experience working with Salesforce

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications ranging from $18,000-$24,000 US dollars per year.  Please note that the final salary offer may vary based on the candidate's seniority, specific skill set, and performance throughout the evaluation and interview process.
