About the role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven B2B Growth Marketer to join our team. This role is for you if you’re looking to grow into a more senior position as an individual contributor role with a lot of trust and budget behind you. You should have a proven track record of success in creating and executing growth strategies, with an ability to adapt to dynamic priorities and execute with precision.
Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize B2B acquisition channels based on company goals and priorities.
- Experiment with and execute growth strategies, tracking performance and iterating for improvements.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with broader company objectives.
- Tackle a variety of high-impact projects. Identify which marketing initiatives are working, which we can optimize, and which we can implement. Take ownership of the end-to-end process.
- Provide detailed reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend actionable insights.
- Adapt quickly to new tasks, taking ownership and delivering results independently.
Must-Haves:
- Demonstrated success in creating acquisition channels with measurable results.
- At least +4 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Hands-on expertise working across multiple channels with clear, measurable outcomes.
- A go-getter profile – the ability to identify where to focus, plan, and execute with high agency.
- Proven ability to work autonomously to identify opportunities, execute strategies, and measure outcomes.
- Experience with tools relevant to your domain expertise.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate channel performance and improve effectiveness.
- Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude.
- Creative, driven, and with solid English skills.
