Our client, a growing startup in the dental software and technology space, is seeking a dynamic Full-Stack Developer to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder, an experienced entrepreneur with a successful exit, to lead the technical side of the business.

As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll be responsible for end-to-end development tasks, from building core product features to contributing to team growth and hiring as the startup scales. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone passionate about development speed, efficiency, and working with modern tools in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop both front-end and back-end features using JavaScript (Node.js, React)
• Handle all aspects of the software development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Work with DevOps tools and practices, such as CI/CD pipelines
• Implement user authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), and API integrations
• Collaborate with external consultants and advisors, especially in DevOps and cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to shaping the product’s roadmap, including AI integrations (LLM APIs, Langchain, etc.)
• Build the foundation for future technical team expansion, leading and mentoring new hires as the company grows

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally in a startup environment
• Expert in JavaScript-based front-end and back-end technologies: React and Node.js
• Strong understanding of QA and DevOps processes, including testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with authentication systems, RBAC, and API integrations
• Ability to work independently and prioritize development speed and efficiency
• Familiarity with AI technologies (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Langchain) and their application in development and product integration
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English
