About the Role
The company is committed to providing exceptional service and support to its customers. The Customer Service team is essential to maintaining strong relationships with users, and they’re looking for a skilled representative to help them deliver exceptional service. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction via Live Chat.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing support via live chat.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of our SaaS offerings to effectively assist users and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Actively gather and relay customer feedback to product and development teams to drive improvements and feature updates.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of customer service in a SaaS environment
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems, helpdesk software, and SaaS platforms
- Proven time management and organizational skills along with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Creative and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Availability to work either 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST or 11:00AM - 8:00PM EST
What's in it for you
