About our client

A fast-growing, venture-backed back-office platform designed for staffing companies, offering a comprehensive suite of services such as contractor onboarding, timesheets, payroll, invoicing, funding, and employer of record solutions—all within a white-label, all-in-one platform. Currently profitable and expanding rapidly, the company is now looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their remote team and support the next phase of innovation.

Role Overview
As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you'll be a key player in designing and implementing features across the tech stack, optimizing performance, and maintaining high security standards. This role provides the opportunity to build impactful solutions that streamline staffing operations, enhancing the user experience.

Ideal Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Python.
• 7+ years of experience building web applications (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks (React or Vue).
• Comfortable independently developing full-stack features, from backend to frontend.
• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with payments or fintech is preferred.
• Must be able to work with at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time (EST).
