Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain and/or accounting

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Effective communicator with both internal teams and external vendors
• Self-driven with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong sense of urgency, takes initiative with a bias toward action

Key Responsibilities

Systems (ERP)

• Process purchase order receipts for raw materials, packaging, tolling, equipment, and indirect spend
• Gather, label, and upload essential documentation (e.g., BOLs, Packing Slips, COAs) to purchase orders
• Assist in purchase order cleanup and closure
• Process inventory builds at Co-Manufacturers
• Complete inventory transfers and transfer orders
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and collaborate with functional leads on corrective actions
• Track and manage disposal of raw materials and damaged goods
• Partner with functional leads to improve reverse logistics processes

Inventory Control

• Assess damages and returns from 3PL, initiating claims when necessary
• Manage destruction requests at 3PL and Co-Manufacturers for damaged, obsolete, or expired products
• Assist in inventory cycle count requests at Co-Manufacturers and 3PLs
• Update inventory statuses at 3PLs as needed

Cross-functional Support

• Serve as a backup for Customer Operations as needed
• Provide support to other departments (Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations)
