This is a fully remote role for our US-based client in the food and beverages industry.

In This Role You Will:
- Act as a point of contact between clients, vendors, and various experts for trade shows and special events.
- Maintain and regularly update timelines and contact lists for trade shows and clients.
- Develop a formal onboarding process and intake form.
- Guide each event or trade show through the onboarding process annually.
- Set clear deadlines to ensure timely product delivery, while considering potential customs or delivery delays with relevant teams.
- Create and manage a project tracker with important details for each supplier involved in the shows.
- Ensure that participant registration is completed on time and follow up on any necessary paperwork.
- Prepare toolkits or other materials for the events.
- Address compliance issues, such as customs delays, directly with suppliers.
- Establish expectations and quality standards for the team and ensure adherence throughout the process.
- Monitor inventory and proactively address potential issues.
- Provide written summaries after each client conversation.
- Oversee or coordinate with logistics teams for load-in/load-out or product identification to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.
- Handle any supplier-related issues that arise.
- Lead post-event evaluations, discussing quality standards, time estimates, challenges, and potential improvements.
Qualifications:
- Strong listening skills and ability to identify next steps from client and vendor discussions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and follow industry compliance requirements.
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven experience in project management to ensure consistent execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Sharepoint.
- Ability to travel within the US
- Flexible to take on additional business development tasks during slower periods.
