Overview
The Virtual Operations Manager at BP will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing customer interactions, scheduling jobs, and maintaining accurate data within the CRM. Success in this position looks like seamless communication between customers, field crews, and internal teams, resulting in efficient project execution and high client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and adapt to the evolving needs of the HDD industry. This role is essential for the company’s growth and ensures that operational processes run efficiently in support of BP’s long-term strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls professionally, gathering necessary contact and property information for potential and ongoing jobs.
Input customer data and job information into the CRM system, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Coordinate and schedule estimates and jobs within the CRM, working closely with field teams to ensure timely project execution.
Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Identify and implement improvements to operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Adapt quickly to new systems and processes, staying responsive to the evolving needs of the business and the industry
Requirements
3+ years of minimum experience in operations management or customer service roles.
Handle inbound customer calls professionally, gathering necessary contact and property information for potential and ongoing jobs.
Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems
Soft skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a focus on results and meeting deadlines.
