This is a role for our client a dynamic company focused on enhancing the effectiveness of healthcare professionals and facilities through innovative solutions. Their platform supports clinicians and facilities by providing essential tools and resources to streamline their processes and improve outcomes.
They are looking for an Executive/Marketing Assistant to join their team!
Responsibilities:
Clinician Outreach:
- Contacting Clinicians: Manage communication with clinicians regarding incompletes, pendings, super users, thank-yous, and feedback.
- Account Updates: Ensure clinicians' account settings, including DL and CPR, are up-to-date.
- Onboarding Calls: Conduct onboarding calls to assist clinicians in getting started with our platform.
Facility Outreach:
- Contacting Facilities: Reach out to facilities
- Cold Calling/Follow-ups: Engage with facilities not on our list through cold calls and follow-ups.
- Lead Generation: Identify and find email addresses for decision-makers in target facilities.
Content Creation and Management:
- Social Media: Manage and post content across all popular platforms, including creating and maintaining a Facebook page for TWU alumni.
- Newsletter & Blog: Write and manage blog posts, newsletter content, and promotional copy. Develop a content calendar for blog posts, social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
- Promotions: Create and implement promotional campaigns.
Analytics and Tools:
- GA4 Setup: Set up and manage Google Analytics 4.
- Google Tag Manager: Configure and manage Google Tag Manager.
Success Stories and Outreach:
- Success Stories: Showcase success stories of clinicians and facilities through video testimonials and case studies.
- Podcast Outreach: Reach out to podcast hosts for potential collaborations.
- Community Engagement: Join relevant Facebook or LinkedIn groups.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or outreach roles.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in video editing and social media management.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and social media platforms.
- Creativity: Ability to create engaging content and develop innovative promotional strategies.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
