Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and convert our target audience into qualified leads and customers. You will play a key role in driving growth by creating compelling content, optimizing for search engines, and managing campaigns that align with our brand’s goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development:
Identify growth opportunities by researching and testing new acquisition channels, emerging trends, and strategies.
Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Drive innovation through data-driven decision-making and staying up-to-date with the latest growth marketing tactics.
Content Strategy and Development:
Develop and oversee the execution of content strategies
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
SEO and Keyword Optimization:
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of our content across search engines.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and rankings to identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Design and implement strategies to convert website visitors into leads through the use of landing pages, calls to action, and lead nurturing campaigns.
Manage and optimize forms, CTAs, and other conversion points in the marketing funnel.
Social Media Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote content, increase brand awareness, and engage with our audience.
Monitor social media trends and performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
Email Marketing and Automation:
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and personalized email outreach.
Utilize marketing automation tools to segment audiences, personalize content, and track campaign effectiveness.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of inbound marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.
Collaboration and Alignment:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals, and to ensure a smooth lead handoff process.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with overall business objectives.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in inbound marketing, SEO, content marketing, and marketing automation.
Continuously test and optimize marketing strategies to improve performance and achieve better results.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in inbound marketing, content marketing, or a related role, particularly managing ecommerce or travel websites with more than 10K visitors per month.
E-commerce or travel industry background
Proven experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization.
Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Advanced English skill
