This position is for our client, a leader in delivering market-moving intelligence and breaking news in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) markets, including traditional IPOs and SPACs.

Position Summary: We are seeking a Financial Analyst with a strong background in capital markets to assist in covering the IPO and SPAC markets, including De-SPAC transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, be familiar with reviewing SEC filings, and possess the ability to extract and analyze relevant data. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, to contribute to data structuring and database enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze SEC filings to identify key data
• Manage and update the internal database
• Compile financial data into actionable reports
• Collaborate with team members to improve data structure and insights
• Optional: Generate analytical reports if you have strong writing skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in finance, preferably in an investment banking role
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, with a specific interest in IPOs and SPACs
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
