This position is for our client, a leader in the solar panel industry, renowned for their expertise and commitment to excellence. They are dedicated to providing top-quality solar solutions and exceptional customer service, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and building long-term client relationships.
They are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join their team!
General Responsibilities:
- Acquire necessary information about service-related requests.
- Provide work order estimates for service requests based on market and company rates.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues in solar installations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, sales managers, Customer Support Specialists, solar equipment manufacturers, accounting, and operations managers.
- Document service issues and resolutions accurately.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Escalate complex service requests to Customer Support Specialists.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Attention to detail when recording project information in company databases.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a team environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Comfortable with inbound and outbound calls and possess strong phone etiquette.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work from noon to 8 pm CST - Monday through Friday
