About the role

We're seeking an experienced Collections Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable and knowledge in QuickBooks. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our client accounts, following up on payments, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize QuickBooks to access and manage the customer list and accounts.

• Contact clients to notify them of overdue invoices and arrange for payment.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account statuses.

• Resolve discrepancies and issues related to payments effectively and professionally.

• Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status to management.

Skills

• Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in similar collections or accounts receivable roles. Knowledge of legal procedures related to debt collection.

• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and the ability to use it effectively for account management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish

• Intermediate level of English is required

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
