About the role

We're seeking a motivated Cold Caller/Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and experience in engaging with individuals over the phone. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to possible leads in the territory

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and solutions.

• Make a minimum of 50 calls per day

• Log all calls and other interactions in our CRM (Monday) 

Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles (sales representative, inside sales, cold caller, etc), in related industries such as CPG, ingredients, etc.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication abilities. Individuals with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work remotely and meet sales metrics

• Speak fluent Spanish and at least intermediate English level
