Responsibilities
- Analyze financing applications, including financial statements and related documents.
- Conduct in-depth financial and sensitivity analysis to evaluate financial stability.
- Assess business models, industry positions, and economic environments to determine risk.
- Identify and develop strategies to mitigate potential transaction risks.
- Recommend credit structures, including terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
- Prepare detailed credit memoranda for senior management or credit committee review.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize and ensure accuracy of loan documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify emerging risks, and conduct periodic reviews.
- Stay informed on industry trends and conduct industry analysis to benchmark performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven senior-level experience as a Financial Analyst or similar roles
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software, ERP systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Advanced spoken and written English level.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy. Committed to exceeding internal and external stakeholder expectations on a continuous basis
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices as well as general office practices and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in real-time setting with high degree of professionalism
