We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the execution of digital marketing strategies and ensuring that our marketing operations run smoothly. A key aspect of this role is expertise in HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub, with a focus on creating and modifying reports, and designing workflows that enhance our marketing automation efforts. Additionally, the candidate should have strong skills in social media management, blog writing, and conducting research as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Create, modify, and analyze reports within HubSpot to track campaign and sales performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Design and implement workflows in HubSpot to automate marketing tasks and improve efficiency.
• Write and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement with the audience.
• Write and publish blog content that aligns with our content strategy and SEO best practices.
• Conduct research on various topics as assigned, providing insights and data to support marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure best practices are applied.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in the Marketing area
• 1 year of experience working with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub, particularly in creating and modifying reports, and workflow automation.
• Previous experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content creation.
• Excellent writing skills for social media and blog content.
• Experience working in an ad agency, marketing business solutions and services, or SAS marketing experience, in the real estate or senior living industry is a plus.
• Advanced English skill.
