This is a fully remote role for our US-based client in the food and beverages industry. They are growing quickly in this highly-competitive environment and are leaders in the industry. In this position, you will be directly supporting their clients' daily business operations and enabling their success.

Responsibilities
- Deliver superior customer service to our teams, customers and stakeholders
- Communicate with vendors to ensure accurate & timely fulfillment activities
- Process/enter orders
- Invoice orders once shipped
- Resolve issues/inquiries delegated by internal teams or from clients (e.g., delivery error)
- Maintain accurate inventory levels for assigned accounts within ERP system
- Ensure compliance with state regulatory requirements
- Work closely with other departments to complete cross-functional tasks
- Manage a shared email box with team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry and/or customer service
- Demonstrated success in delivering results and proactively overcoming obstacles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Committed to being a team player
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel)
- Familiarity working in an ERP system
- High level of attention to detail
- An exhibited passion for customer service
