This position is for our client, a leader in early childhood development and care. Dedicated to fostering child growth through play, they set new standards in the child care industry. Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications.
• Handle emails, messages, and correspondence with efficiency.
• Support document creation, editing, and formatting tasks.
• Organize and maintain digital filing systems and databases.
• Collaborate with remote team members on projects.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
• Participate in advanced tasks and projects as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 to 5 years of administrative or support experience.
• Proficiency in communication tools and office software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable adapting to various collaboration platforms.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
