Overview

MCMC, a leading company with over 52 years of success, is seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for overseas candidates looking to work remotely with a forward-thinking organization.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of customer service or call center experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a positive, resilient attitude. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask. Prior experience in collections or sales is also preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective clients through our online application process, following up on website-generated leads
• Assist customers in understanding MCMC's offerings and determining if our services align with their needs
• Utilize our proprietary software to facilitate online approvals
• Process credit applications and match customers with appropriate financing options
• Develop a broad knowledge base through ongoing training and coaching
• Execute a high-level sales process with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Prior experience with inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and learning new software.
• Advanced English Proficiency.
