About the role
The Graphic Designer with Marketing skills will create digital collateral while adhering to client brand guidelines and design direction. You’ll collaborate closely with the in-house design team to ensure that all graphics and artwork meet company standards. Beyond design work, you should have a strong understanding of marketing principles. This role involves not only crafting visually appealing designs but also supporting various marketing efforts, including content development and campaign execution
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and verify designs to ensure accuracy in ads
Ensure all images are properly linked, maintain version control, and check file sizing to guarantee accurate output.
Review and edit files to ensure high-quality graphics and clean layouts.
Implement and apply copy changes throughout the print production process.
Develop conceptual designs into final artwork, with the ability to proof and finalize artwork and layouts.
Collaborate with the lead designer and producer to deliver files on or before deadlines.
Maintain the working print production deck to keep all team members aligned and informed.
Support marketing initiatives by creating visually engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Contribute to marketing strategy discussions by providing insights based on design trends and audience engagement.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience with editing and proofing design files to ensure accuracy and quality.
Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including content creation and campaign execution.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge of marketing analytics and the ability to use insights to inform design decisions.
Skills
Working proficiency in English with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
3 to 5 years of graphic design experience, with a solid portfolio demonstrating expertise.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and general graphic design skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing principles and content creation for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Proficiency in Google Drive and Google Workspace for document management and collaboration.
Ability to contribute to marketing strategy discussions and apply design skills to enhance marketing initiatives and campaigns.
