Overview
Web City Properties is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team remotely. This role is crucial in managing customer interactions, coordinating property showings, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with tenants and prospective clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Leasing Support: Coordinate property showings, follow up on inquiries, and assist in lease preparation.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage work orders, schedule maintenance, and ensure timely resolution of tenant issues.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with landlords, tenants, and vendors.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leases, rent payments, and maintenance requests.
- General Support: Assist with general office tasks and support property management operations as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in property management or customer service, ideally in a real estate environment.
- Ability to manage work orders, schedule maintenance, and handle documentation accurately.
- Experience in maintaining precise records of leases, rent payments, and maintenance requests
- Advanced English skill
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium) is a plus, AppFolio and Canva are preferred
- Previous experience with US clients, nice to have
