Overview

Join Slightly Innovative as our Executive Assistant to the CEO to help him to keep his missions on track, ensuring that both the big picture goals and day-to-day operations are managed effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Email support
• Calendar management
• Sporadic inbound & outbound phone calls
• Personal correspondence on behalf of Josh
• Copywriting/co-authoring social media posts or articles
• Special projects
• Other duties as they arise

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Executive Assistant or similar, supporting high-level individuals. 
• Previous experience in writing articles or documents.
• Flexible schedule between 9a and 5p CST that allow for incoming and outgoing phone calls.
• Experience with Microsoft or Google office suite, Teams, Discord, 1password, and project/task management software.
• Advanced English skill
