About the role

As an SEO Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to optimize websites to increase their visibility on search engines like Google, driving organic traffic without the need for paid ads. This role demands a strong proficiency in WordPress, an advanced understanding of SEO principles, and the ability to effectively utilize AI tools like ChatGPT. You must be highly autonomous, capable of strategizing and executing SEO tasks independently, and possess advanced English skills to ensure clear communication and collaboration. 

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize our suite of SEO tools to analyze and prioritize tasks.
• Develop and optimize content silo structures and strategies.
• Optimize Title Tags, Meta Descriptions, Interlinks, Outbound Links, and Images (titles/alt descriptions).
• Enhance current blog posts and page content using AI tools.
• Optimize URLs and create redirects as needed.
• Implement and optimize Local SEO strategies (Google Business Profile).

Content Management:

• Work with WordPress websites (front and back end). 
• Develop content, keyword, and topic strategies.
• Merge existing blog posts when needed.
• Identify and fix global site-wide front-end issues on an ongoing basis.

Technical SEO:

• Identify and list backend technical issues for developer recommendations. Does this person needs to have 
• Keep an active pulse on campaign keyword rankings.
• Monitor Google Search Console for website performance and indexing issues.

• Provide thorough analysis of campaign progress and updates to Customer Success Managers.

Skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO and content optimization
• Proficiency in WordPress and related SEO tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Chat GPT
