We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to join our team. This position is fully remote and will report directly to the Head of Investor Relations.
Position Summary:
The Investor Relations Associate will play a key role in supporting the firm's communication and relationship-building efforts with current and prospective investors. This role involves making introductions, booking appointments with senior management, preparing investor materials, and managing investor communications through various channels, including social media. As the face of the company, the ideal candidate will have a strong presence, be outgoing, and excel in creating positive interactions. This role requires someone who is not only detail-oriented but also a pleasure to work with, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate introductions between investors and senior management, ensuring smooth and professional interactions.
- Book and coordinate appointments and meetings between investors and senior management, managing schedules and logistics efficiently.
- Assist in preparing investor presentations, reports, and communications, ensuring accuracy and consistency with company messaging.
- Manage investor inquiries and provide timely, professional responses to ensure high levels of investor satisfaction.
- Support the planning and execution of investor meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics coordination and follow-up communications.
- Maintain and update the investor relations section of the company website and investor databases, ensuring all information is current and relevant.
- Maintain and update the investor portal, ensuring investors have access to the latest information and documents related to their investments.
- Lead and coordinate the preparation, distribution, and tracking of subscription documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
- Draft and send out regular communications to investors, including newsletters, updates, and announcements.
- Manage and monitor the company’s social media channels, creating and posting content that aligns with the company’s investor relations strategy.
- Represent the company with a positive and engaging presence, building strong relationships with investors and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and marketing, to gather information and insights needed for investor communications.
- Monitor industry trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide actionable insights to the investor relations team.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of investor relations strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, marketing, sales, customer service, or corporate communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in creating high-quality presentations and reports.
- Experience in maintaining and managing investor portals or CRM systems.
- Proven marketing, sales, and/or customer service experience is a must.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong presence, and the ability to represent the company effectively.
- Outgoing, personable, and able to create positive interactions with all stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines and deliverables efficiently.
- Experience in the asset management or real estate industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with investor relations platforms, CRM tools, and social media management tools is an advantage.
