This position is for our client, a leading organization in the AI Summit Series, committed to revolutionizing humanity through its strategic top-down approach. They empower executives worldwide to harness the potential of AI.
The Role
As a central figure in managing and expanding their portfolio of prospects and accounts, you will engage with key stakeholders to cultivate business opportunities and elevate our client's brand within the AI industry. Approximately 70% of your time will be dedicated to building direct relationships, with the remaining 30% focused on your personal and professional development. Our client is committed to providing you with world-class sales training, led by their CEO, who has built and successfully sold multiple institutes and served as a sales trainer at a very well-known company. This training will equip you with proven strategies and insights that have shaped leaders across the industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Sponsorship: Drive sponsorship sales across our diverse event programs and digital platforms, becoming a specialist in AI event marketing.
- Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Event Participation: Coordinate and deliver high-impact events across the US, ensuring engagement and successful outcomes.
- Lead Generation and Proposals: Generate leads, craft tailored proposals, and create marketing solutions that resonate with C-level executives.
- Market Expansion: Be a pivotal player in expanding market share and establishing key accounts within the tech industry.
Required Experience, Skills & Education
- Self-Motivation and Initiative: Demonstrated ability to take charge of projects, showing both leadership and initiative.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with meticulous record-keeping abilities, essential for managing complex projects and ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial. You must be adept at crafting persuasive communications and capable of maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions, especially during outbound phone calls.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage effectively with business leaders and decision-makers at events, with a proven track record of persuasive interactions.
- Multitasking and Pressure Management: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Must be able to manage workflow independently and work effectively under pressure during high-stakes situations.
- Event Recruitment Experience: Experience in recruiting attendees for business-to-business conferences and working collaboratively with marketing, attendee services, event operations, and sales teams to enhance event attendance.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for daily tasks and communications.
- Copywriting Skills: Experience in creating and modifying written content, and contributing to marketing and event materials.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 5% of the year to attend events and meet with stakeholders.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; background in sales, communications, customer service, live events, or marketing is highly advantageous.
