This is a role for our client, a fractional accounting firm. Their team is growing and they are looking to add a new member to their crew, so if you're looking to be part of a dynamic team you can join them on their mission as a Bookkeeper.

Overview

Join Synergy Solutions as our Bookkeeper to clean up and manage QuickBooks Online, with potential to handle other software.

Responsibilities:

• Complete data entry and collect transaction details for incoming and outgoing bank accounts.
• Use bookkeeping software, spreadsheets, and other databases to post up-to-date financial transactions.
• Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
• Maintain and monitor financial records for accuracy.
• Reconcile or report any discrepancies in financial reports.
• Produce or pay invoices for credit card bills or inventory orders.
• Clean-ups as needed.
• Complete payroll.

Requirements

• Proven 3 years of work experience as an Accountant/Bookkeeper or in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks Online.
• Financial Statement experience
• Extensive experience in expense management, vendor management, resolving collections issues, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping.
• Advanced English skill
