About the Job:
Our client, developed by a venture-backed technology firm based in Silicon Valley, is recognized as a leader in construction pricing data, and is looking for a Sales Manager to lead their team.
As a leader of the Sales team you will:
- Set and manage daily activity expectations for sales representatives
- Enforce team adherence to activity benchmarks and quota targets
- Provide coaching and corrective feedback through call reviews and process standardization
- Lead the onboarding, training, and management of newly hired sales representatives
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, assets, and training materials
- Prepare the team for new product launches and feature rollouts
- Oversee compensation plans and bonus administration
About you:
- Candidates must live in Bogotá.
- Obsessed with metrics and has a track record of using data to drive sales performance
- Experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the construction tech space
- Comfortable with sales technology stack and can leverage tools to gain insights
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing talent
- Innovative thinker who's not afraid to challenge conventional wisdom
