About the Job:

Our client, developed by a venture-backed technology firm based in Silicon Valley, is recognized as a leader in construction pricing data, and is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team.

As a member of the Sales team, you will:

• Demonstrate expertise and a thorough understanding of the product, its features, and core value proposition.
• Utilize your product knowledge to enhance user engagement, activation, and conversion from the trial period into subscribers.
• Guide users through key actions and features linked to successful conversion.
• Provide personalized support to help users maximize their trial experience.
• Actively monitor user progress and address any obstacles to activation.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of users.
• Communicate the product's value proposition effectively and handle any objections or concerns.
• Use objection-handling techniques to alleviate hesitations and build confidence in the subscription decision.
• Facilitate the subscription process by assisting users with payment over the phone or online.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Familiar with sales tech stacks, including CRM (HubSpot), VoIP, and product analytics tools.

What’s in it for you?

• Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications ranging from  $30,000 - $36,000 per year. ($18,000 - $24,000 plus $12,000 in bonuses)
