Overview

Join Conversion Logix as a Marketing Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in extracting patterns from our marketing data and transforming it into powerful marketing optimization solutions. Your work will include developing probabilistic attribution modeling pipelines and implementing marketing mix modeling using Bayesian methods. As a key member of our Analytics and AI team, you will collaborate closely with our Chief Analytics Officer and work cross-functionally with engineering, account management, and operations teams. We are committed to supporting your growth into becoming a leading expert in the marketing data science field.

Responsibilities:

• Develop statistical marketing optimization tools, including probabilistic attribution, causal inference solutions, bayesian time series models, and marketing mix models using Bayesian methods.

• Create visualizations in JS, R, or Python using advanced tools like D3 or ObservableJS.

• Utilize a mix of statistics, data mining, and machine learning techniques to provide actionable outcomes.

• Focus on understanding marketing problems, selecting the right data, and designing effective models to address these issues.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of solid background in Statistical Modeling: experience with Bayesian and frequentist data analysis methods.

• Marketing/Ecommerce/Logistics background.

• Fluency in Python and R: Strong coding skills.

• Background in Machine Learning with PyTorch and/or TidyModels.

• Data Visualization Skills: Ability to create advanced visualizations using tools like D3, JS, or R to effectively tell a data-driven story.

• Advanced English skill
