Overview
CITY Laundering is looking for a versatile and experienced Marketing Coordinator who can develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective coordination of the written marketing, content generation and overall organization.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the CITY Healthcare brand, the CITY Industrial brand and the CITY First Aid brand. Ensure compliance and compatibility to all branding style guides
- Manage content calendar’s and assist with the creation of all new initiative launch playbooks.
- Assist with content creation and content ideas to maintain the social media content calendar of posting once a day to all of CITY’s social platforms
- Track analytics and provide reporting for monthly CITY executive team meetings.
- Lead/assist with the development of current and new content creations from written, to graphic or video content.
- Oversee the print design function of all company branded materials and ensure marketing print material inventory is stocked and order as needed
- Point of contact for ongoing website development.
- Support CITY sales and service, understand CRM – provide training and IT assistance.
- Create proposals, service reports and print materials for CITY
- Report on return on investment and key performance metrics..
- Oversee the Target Marketing campaign to obtain new clients and secure new customer renewals
- Project Management and accountability leader for all strategic marketing initiatives to the marketing staff.
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions, current marketing software and competitor information.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
- Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within the agreed budget. Assist with purchasing from other marketing staff members.
- Manage CITY’s PR function, write and distribute press releases, coordinate with the media
- Monitor industry best practices for social media and marketing and expand software utilization (for example: Zoom/Asana/Dropbox)
- Assist with employee communications materials directed from HR for recruiting and internal employee needs
Requirements
- Ideally 3 of experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies.
- Technical marketing skills and relevant product and industry knowledge.
- Experience with relevant social media platforms, such as X, Facebook, Youtube.
- B2B marketing background
- Advanced English skill
