Overview

Join Ralph & Ralph as our Bookkeeper, where you will manage accounting transactions and financial services, enhancing operational efficiency with your reliable expertise as a self-starter who can handle responsibilities with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Publish financial statements in a timely manner
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes

Requirements

• Proven 2 years of work experience as an Accountant/Bookkeeper or in a related field.
• US based company experience.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Advanced English skill
