Company and Role Overview
Our client, an established industry leader in manufacturing texture spray machines for drywall contractors, is looking to add a bilingual, dynamic inside sales representative with a hunter-style mentality to their team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and overachiever who plays a fundamental role in achieving their ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making a minimum of 40 calls per day in addition to working with distributor partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Preferred phone sales experience with an understanding of the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy emphasis on relationship building via inbound & outbound phone calls
- Prospecting research of accounts to identify key players and generate interest/leads
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- CRM Management - maintain and expand our database of prospects
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Conduct thorough needs and qualifying analysis to understand customer requirements
- Prepare qualified opportunities for appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly KPIs
- Support distributor partner efforts to build pipeline and close deals
- Provide effective marketing collateral, catalogs, and online product videos to prospects based on needs
Requirements:
- Must enjoy mining for new customers on the phone (200 calls per week, minimum)
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day (Leveraging Just Call Communication Platform)
- Experience working with a CRM (Pipedrive or other similar software)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Required to fluently speak English and Spanish
- Proven inside sales experience
- Proficient with MS Office
Plus points
- Social media marketing (digital) experience
- Knowledge of the construction industry, or experience selling machines would be an advantage
- Previous experience in the retail industry.

Schedule: 7.30 am to 4 pm PST.
Flexibility to work in the Eastern or Central time zones if preferred.
Compensation: $1,500 - $2,500 per month + commission.
