Overview
Join WorkStory as our Business Development Representative and help to drive new customer conversations and accelerate the growth of our business. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying leads, setting strategic approaches, and scheduling introductory meetings. This position focuses on the initial stages of the sales process, handing off qualified leads to our founders for further engagement.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and qualification.
Schedule introductory meetings between qualified leads and our founders.
Collaborate with the team to refine lead generation tactics and strategies.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or a similar role.
Expertise in using email, LinkedIn, and other channels for lead generation.
Experience in B2B software, SaaS products, and HR software preferred.
Advanced English skill
