About our client

Our client believes everyone should be able to wash their hands. But far too many little people and children can't do this properly in public restrooms - because they can't reach the sink. So they or their parents have to come up with creative but uncomfortable and stressful ways around this. For the last 17 years, they have manufactured a floor-mounted step stool that helps children and people with certain disabilities safely and independently wash their hands.

About the role

Our client is looking for a reliable Operations manager who believes in the product, cares about the mission, prioritizes the core values, and is excited about the opportunity to join a growing company in a role that is dynamic.

Key Requirements

• Perfect written English
• Strong verbal English with easily understandable accent (if any)
• Open to learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities
• Assist with new challenges
• Seeking a long-term position
• Proactive and eager to grow
• Comfortable being customer-facing
• Tech-native: able to quickly get up to speed on new software and tools
• Stable internet connection

  Nice to haves: 

• Shopify experience
• HubSpot experience
• Airtable, Notion, or similar experience
• Sales experience
• Spanish language skills
