Role Overview:
The Technical Administrative Assistant will be a pivotal part of both our Delivery and Content Teams. This role requires a detail-oriented, technically proficient, proactive individual who excels in creating workflows to capture, process, and manage data to produce internal and external reports and perform a multitude of administrative tasks with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management and Reporting: Perform detailed data analysis and report creation, including NPS, carbon footprint, client and student data analysis, and compile standard and ad-hoc post-workshop reports to deliver to client champions.
- Workshop Delivery Support: Manage workshop registration and automated emails via SplashThat. Provide project management support by completing tasks and prioritizing multiple project deliverables, using tools like Asana and Airtable to keep tasks organized and on schedule while collaborating with other team members.
- Documentation Support: Ability to learn sales and delivery processes quickly and create documentation to build out an internal knowledge library for other team members.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to work meticulously—double-checking work to ensure accuracy with minimal errors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively operate within an asynchronous work environment.
- Technical proficiency with a strong grasp of Google Suite, Slack, and other online collaboration tools.
- Low / No-Code Tool Proficiency. Ability to create, edit, and test client/user-facing data intake and processing workflows using tools such as Typeform, Zapier, and Airtable.
- Capability to perform under minimal supervision, bias towards action, and proactive in investigating issues before escalating questions.
- Desire and ability to learn new skills, tools, and technologies quickly with minimal supervision. Not intimidated by learning new software or upskilling quickly.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with sales platforms and CRMs like HubSpot.
- Craft and manage email communications and engage with clients effectively during on-demand courses.
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar roles in educational workshops.
- Knowledge and/or interest in Sustainability.
- Experience in basic graphic design and content production is highly preferred.
