Overview
They are seeking an experienced and team player Sales Manager to join their sales team. A B2C sales powerhouse with a passion for building and motivating high-performing cold calling teams. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and whose results speak for themselves.
Responsibilities:
Lead and Motivate Your Team: Supervise a team of cold callers focused on B2C sales, ensuring they consistently meet key performance metrics (calls per day, connect rates, lead generation).
Daily B2C Sales Training Champion: Provide daily training sessions focused on B2C cold calling techniques, effective communication, objection handling, and product knowledge specific to the B2C market.
Coach and Mentor: Actively listen to and monitor sales calls, offering constructive feedback and personalized coaching opportunities for continuous improvement.
Motivate and Inspire: Foster a positive and results-oriented team environment, keeping morale high, celebrating successes, and leveraging your energetic personality to keep the team energized.
Performance Reporting: Deliver regular reports directly to the founder on the cold calling team's performance and key B2C sales metrics.
Incentivize Success: Design and implement a motivating performance incentive program to recognize and reward top performers.
Prospect for Growth: Actively prospect for new B2B (business) leads. You will also play a key role in identifying and securing new business partnerships to fuel the sales pipeline and expand our client base. This will include cold outreach via facebook, linkedin, email, and phone.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of success in cold calling.
Experience Leading and Training Others: Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop other sales associates in a B2C or B2B environment.
Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Experienced in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Advanced English skill.
