Our client is currently working on advanced ultra-high-energy batteries that utilize a Polymer Cathode for applications in the EV, Aerospace, and Energy Storage sectors. By leveraging metal-free cathodes, these batteries do not rely on Nickel or Cobalt, resulting in a sustainable and cost-effective power solution for different industries.

About the role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have experience working with C-level executives, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to project management. This role requires a self-starter who can operate independently and has a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for board meetings and investor communications.
• Assist with fundraising activities, including managing communications with investors and stakeholders.
• Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO’s projects and initiatives.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate and manage special projects as needed.
• Perform general office duties such as expense reporting, filing, and office supply management.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external parties.

Skills

• Working proficiency in English 
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in managing communications with high-level stakeholders, including investors.
• Flexibility to travel to the US occasionally, if needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a remote team
• Marketing skills is a plus
