This Company has been providing truck and equipment leasing and finance solutions to US businesses for almost 40 years. They work with owners of small vocational trucking fleets (1-25 vehicles) in industries such as Tow, Tree Service, Roll-Off, and Contracting. This is family-owned and operated, now in its second generation.
35% of their customers and target prospects are Spanish-speaking.
Role overview
As a Sales Representative, you'll execute our outbound sales process, working closely with the owner to refine the strategy. You'll receive a defined sales process, including targeted account lists and campaigns. The ideal candidate will also self-source 50% of their leads to develop a book of business.
You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and be part of building a strong sales pipeline. Reps are expected to make 20-40 direct outbound dials a day and also use other channels such as cold email, direct messaging, and nurture campaigns to identify, qualify, and nurture prospects.
Once As a member of the Sales team, you'll work alongside their owner, receiving consistent 1-on-1 coaching and access to tools to help you exceed quotas.
When a prospect is ready to engage the Company for their truck financing services, the Representative will work alongside the Owner and other Account Managers to transition the opportunity.
