Overview

They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue accounts.

• Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to resolve outstanding payment issues and negotiate payment plans if necessary.

• Research and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes promptly.

• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.

• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Provide regular updates on account status and collections efforts to the finance team and management.

• Analyze customer payment patterns and recommend actions to improve collections efficiency.

• Assist in the development and implementation of collection strategies and best practices.

• Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry trends affecting accounts receivable processes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in accounts receivable or collections roles, from the collections department.

• Familiarity with billing discrepancies and resolution processes.

• Ability to monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up proactively. 

• Capability to develop and implement collection strategies and best practices.

• Advanced English skill.
