This is a fully remote role for our US-based client, a digital marketing agency. Join them on their team on the successful execution of small web development projects, where you'll have the chance to own a client's website and online presence. Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and foster relationships with an existing client base of small, maintenance-based clients.
- Own a large portfolio of smaller clients with varying levels of complexity and requests. Provide support to a smaller client roster with Team Lead to manage the incoming queue of web requests.
- Accept incoming requests from established clients and process in a timely manner.
- Recreate issues/perform testing and discern requests into requirements for the project team.
- Triage issues and website-related fixes and ensure complete delivery and quality assurance.
- Budget management and ownership of estimates to delivery, all invoicing and financial responsibilities in partnership with the internal finance team.
- Full ownership of client websites to include facilitation of requests and management of all edits, content updates, troubleshooting, CMS functionality questions and testing.
- Project/support management of CMS implementations, eCommerce implementations, 3rd party integrations, and strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a project manager, support manager, or customer success manager
- Marketing agency experience managing a large portfolio of web-based projects for external clients is ideal
- Experience working in various CMS platforms and ability to understand functionality and features: WordPress, Sitefinity, and nopCommerce are a plus
- A self-starter who has experience with task-based requests
- Familiarity with Workfront or other project management software used for tracking projects, time entry, billing, and requirements for tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication, follow-up, and attention to detail
