Our client's company is based in Canada and is a design studio specializing in building and growing Direct-to-Consumer brands. Their portfolio includes Vitaly Design and Clocks and Colours. They are dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences and innovative design solutions that resonate with their customers.
Role Overview:
As a Mid-Level/Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the digital experiences for our portfolio of brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, design, and iterate on user-centric solutions that drive customer growth and brand value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, user research, and UI design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketers to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, and marketing materials.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and iterate based on feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends and industry best practices, incorporating innovative design techniques into our projects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Figma is required.
- Strong portfolio showcasing case studies of research and UI designs.
- Experience working collaboratively with developers, product managers, and marketers.
- Knowledge of user testing methodologies and iterative design processes.
- Ability to maintain and develop a consistent brand identity across various platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Working schedule: 9 am to 5 pm EST
